The American Deep State: Hoax or Reality?

The concept of the “Deep State” has long been a subject of intrigue and debate, often portrayed as a shadowy network of powerful individuals and institutions that operate behind the scenes, influencing government policies and decisions without the consent of the electorate. But is the Deep State a myth or a reality? Let’s explore this complex topic.

    What is the “Deep State”?

The term “Deep State” can be defined in several ways:

A Conglomerate of Insiders: This definition describes the Deep State as a network of insiders, both within and outside the traditional state apparatus, who effectively run the country regardless of who is in the White House. These insiders are believed to have a doctrine to maintain the USA as the “Centre of Power” and to run the world order without the consent of voters.

War Machine: Another perspective views the Deep State as comprising elements within the security and surveillance apparatus, the military-industrial complex, and other entities that corrupt constitutional American politics. This includes the so-called “war machine” that perpetuates endless conflicts for strategic and economic gains.

Financial Billionaires: Critics often point to financial billionaires like the Koch brothers and George Soros, who have been accused of using their substantial financial influence to shape public policy in ways that benefit their business interests and ideological beliefs. This perspective highlights the Wall Street-Washington complex, where a few politically powerful Wall Street firms, such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley, exert significant control over the financial system.

The Nexus of Politics and Business

The economy is the central axis around which all national affairs revolve. It empowers politics, the military, ideology, foreign relations, goodwill, security and growth. Those in power or opposition require electoral funds to win elections, and they must return the favor once elected. This dynamic gives rise to a powerful, under-the-table syndicate that operates free from constitutional enforcement.

The return of favors can occur both internally and externally. Leaders of developing countries often overtax their citizens or create business policies that favor their allies. In developed countries, leaders may use the nation’s influence to benefit their donors, depending on the type of business their benefactors have.

For instance, if a politician receives significant funding from defense companies, once elected, their government might promote the sale of defense products to third-world countries, maintain a tense geopolitical environment to sustain the arms race, or even orchestrate controlled conflicts in targeted regions.

Peter Dale Scott: The American Deep State, 2014

Peter Dale Scott is a Canadian-born poet, academic, and former diplomat. He is best known for his critiques of deep politics and American foreign policy since the era of the Vietnam War. He wrote:

The expansion of this covert world has occurred principally in Asia. There covert U.S. decisions were made to build up drug-financed armies in Burma, Thailand, and Laos, in a series of aggressive actions that by the 1960s involved America in a hot Indochina War. This war, like the related wars that ensued later in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan, was initiated by America for a mix of geostrategic and economic reasons—above all the desire to establish a dominant U.S. presence in an important region of petroleum reserves.

In the Mumbai terrorist attack of 2008, the scene was initially surveyed for the attackers by a DEA double agent, David Headley (alias Daood Sayed Gilani) whom “U.S. authorities sent . . . to work for them in Pakistan . . . despite a warning that he sympathized with radical Islamic groups.”

    The American Deep State, 2014.

    Modern Examples and Allegations

Several modern incidents and allegations have fueled the debate over the existence of a Deep State:

    A. Economic War: Fifth-generation warfare aims to destabilize top-line business establishments, financial institutions and political leaders of the target country. This strategy fuels distrust among citizens, resulting in economic collapse, the fall of governments, or the formation of weak government.

Hindenburg Research, a short seller, is a classic example of this tactic. In 2023, it targeted Indian businessman Gautam Adani through a fantasy report called ‘Adani Group: How The World’s 3rd Richest Man Is Pulling The Largest Con In Corporate History’. It alleged that Adani group has been involved “in a brazen stock manipulation and accounting fraud scheme over the course of decades”.

The report came two days before a $2.5 billion follow-up public offering was issued by Adani Enterprises. What a timing!!. The report caused Adani’s fortune to plummet sharply, dropping from a high of $126 billion in January 2023 to less than $50 billion later in the year.

Recently, Hindenburg covertly targeted the Indian Stock Exchange regulator SEBI. It accused SEBI chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch of providing “favors” to the Adani Group, inadequate income disclosure and conflicts of interest.

    B. Attack on Donald Trump: During Donald Trump’s presidency (2017-2021), he took several notable stances on foreign policy, particularly in relation to war and U.S. involvement overseas:

    • His administration focused on military disengagement (Afghanistan Exit), reducing U.S. troop presence in the Middle East, and using economic measures like sanctions instead of deploying military forces.
    • Trump’s domestic focus was on U.S. economic growth, with his administration implementing tax cuts, reducing regulations, and promoting “America First” policies.

He is a also strong supporter of a cease-fire between Russia and Ukraine.

On July 13, 2024, Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt while speaking at an open-air campaign rally near Butler, Pennsylvania. Trump was shot and wounded in his upper right ear.

    C. Bangladesh and Pakistan Military Coups: August 5, 2024. Ex-Bangladesh’s Prime Minister who had governed the country for 15 years, had to flee the country owing to violent protests and refusal of Military to ensure her security. Sheikh Hasina accused US of ousting her for refusing to surrender Saint Martin Island.

April 2022, Islamabad. Cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan was voted out of power via no-confidence motion. Imran alleged that it was masterminded by US because he denied them to set up Military Bases In Pakistan.

    AI and Covert Influence Operations

In May 2024, OpenAI released a report citing involvement of Israel based company’s involvement in creating fake social media campaigns to influence people using AI. Here are the topline details:

    • Zero Zeno Operation: A commercial company in Israel called STOIC has been generating content about the Gaza conflict, the Histadrut trade unions organization in Israel, and the Indian elections. This operation has been nicknamed “Zero Zeno.”
    • The attackers have been generating content by mixing old and new information and faking engagement.
    • The operation was divided into several topical campaigns, most of which were loosely associated with the Gaza conflict and the broader question of relations between Jews and Muslim faith. In May, OpenAI disrupted some activity focused on the Indian elections less than 24 hours after it began.
    • In May 2024, the network began generating comments that focused on India, criticized the ruling BJP party, and praised the opposition Congress party.

    Conclusion

The debate over the existence of the American Deep State is far from settled. While some argue that it is a myth perpetuated by conspiracy theorists, others believe it is a reality, pointing to various historical and modern examples of covert operations and influence.

  • Is “One Nation One Election” soon to be implemented?

Is “One Nation One Election” soon to be implemented?

The central government looks determined to implement “One Nation One Election” soon. It has published the report of High Level Committee (HLC) including its recommendations.

Before getting into details, let’s understand the shortcomings of current electoral process.

    Inefficiency of Current Electoral Process

Having 28 state legislative assemblies, 1,772 municipalities and 2.63 lakh panchayats, Indians live in “Election Mode” for whole 5 years. This electoral process is very lengthy and have below disadvantages:

    A. The frequent imposition of the Model Code of Conduct thwarts country’s progress. Infrastructural and welfare projects gets stopped.

    B. As pointed out by FICCI and CII, recurrent elections create uncertainty for both business and investors communities.

    C. Given a very high percentage of migrant workers, both manufacturing and service sectors are affected as the migrant workers avail leave to cast their vote.

    D. Frequent campaigning based on identity politics (Hindu-Muslim, North-South, Upper Caste-Dalit etc.) spurs passions and other divisive social forces.

    E. Frequent elections cause voter fatigue, resulting in low voter turnout.

    F. A regular deployment of law and order machinery, including paramilitary forces, has an adverse impact on crime rates, which demoralize the investor.

    G. To conduct elections, about 2,500,000 civilian personnel and staff and a few lakh police personnel are deployed every time for about two to three months, seriously affecting their normal duties.

    High Level Committee (HLC)

A High Level Committee on Simultaneous Elections (popularly known as One Nation, One Election) was organized to examine the feasibility, challenges and worth of One Nation One Election (ONOE) initiative.

The expression “simultaneous elections” shall mean General elections held for constituting the House of the People (Lok Sabha) and all the State Legislative Assemblies (Vidhan Sabha) together.

Here is the list of the participants:

    I. Shri Ram Nath Kovind (Chairman), Ex-President of India.

II. Shri Amit Shah, Home Minister of India

III. Shri Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, leader of opposition in Lok Sabha. (He resigned later).

IV. Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad, lead of opposition in Rajya Sabha

    V. Shri N.K.Singh, Former Chairman of finance commission.

VI. Dr. Subhash C. Kashyap, Former Lok Sabha Secretary General

VII. Shri Harish Salve, Senior Advocate

VIII. Shri Sanjay Kothari, Former Chief Vigilance Commissioner

IX. Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Ministry of Law and Justice

    X. Dr. Niten Chandra, Secretary, HLC

The HLC invited suggestions, viewpoints and comments from

    A. Registered political parties

    B. Former Chief Justice of India

    C. Former Chief Justices of major High Courts

    D. Former Chief Election Commissioners of India

    E. State Election Commissioners

    F. Law Commission of India

    G. Election Commission of India

    H. Bar Council of India

    I. Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)

    J. Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI)

    K. Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM)

    L. Eminent economists

    M. Citizens of India through Newspapers, Website, E-mail and Social Media

    Responses

The analysis of the feedback revealed that 80% of the 21,558 responses from Indian Citizens were in favor of “One Nation One Election” initiative. Responses were also received from 47 political parties, out of which 32 political parties not only favored this initiative, but also advocated its adoption. Below is the list of major parties which opposed One Nation One Election (ONOE) initiative:

    AIMIM: Shri Asaduddin Owaisi

    AAP: Shri Arvind Kejriwal

    BSP: Ms. Mayawati

    CPI(M): Shri Sitaram Yechuri

    INC: Shri Mallikarjun Khadge

    TMC: Ms. Mamta Banerjee

    CPI: Shri D.Raja

    DMK: Shri M.K. Stalin

    SP: Shri Akhilesh Yadav

    Resolution

The Committee was of the unanimous view that ”One Nation one Election” will bring fundamental transformation in the electoral process and overall governance. It would reduce the massive expenditure incurred for the conduct of separate elections every year. Presently, it is approx.. INR 4,500 crore as reported by the ECI.

The Committee agreed to hold simultaneous elections for the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies first. Subsequently, Municipal and Panchayat elections will be synchronized to occur within 100 days of Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assembly elections.

For logistics, the Election Commission of India has submitted detailed requirements of equipment such as EVM, VVPAT, polling personnel, security forces, election materials, etc. They have also submitted an estimate of the expenditure.

    Provisions Of Implementation

If Lok Sabha or a State Legislative Assembly is dissolved sooner than its period of five years, a mid-term election would be held, but the term would be for the remaining unexpired period of its term. In this manner at the end of five years, Lok Sabha and all the State Legislative Assemblies would reach the end of their tenure at the same time, and be ready for a General election held simultaneously.

Considering the events that can disrupt the simultaneity of the elections such as Hung House, no-confidence motions or any other such event, the following mechanism is proposed:

    A. For Lok Sabha: It has a five-year term from its first meeting. If dissolved before this term ends, new elections are held, and the succeeding House will serve the remainder of the previous House’s term. It will dissolve at the end of this period.

    B. For State Legislative Assemblies: If dissolved early, new elections are held, and the new Assembly will last until the end of the Lok Sabha’s full term.

    C. For Municipalities and Panchayats: Mid-term elections of Municipalities and Panchayats for the unexpired period of their term until the next General elections.

    Operational Provisions

Currently, the Election Commission of India (ECI) and  State Election Commissions (SECs) hold their own database. The voter information shall be consolidated into a single database to reduce duplication and redundancy.

A Single Electoral Roll and Single Elector’s Photo Identity Card (EPIC) shall be made.

  • Would Humans Evolve Into Aliens? Possible.

Would Humans Evolve Into Aliens? Possible.

All living species today have passed the “Survival Test” of 4 billion years of evolution. On macro level, each species is the “winner” within its own ecosystem.

For example, the species of alligators you see today are fittest descendants of their ancestors who went through innumerable genetic mutations. Some adapted themselves and living till today and some got extinct.

Scientists claim that Humans and Chimpanzee are descendants of the same ancestor who lived 6 million years ago. So technically speaking, Humans and Chimpanzee are cousins in Tree of Life.
If it is, then who was our father ancestor? What split Humans and Chimpanzee?

    DNA and Mutations

The bio cells in our body keep making copies of itself in order to survive. In process of copying, the base pair of DNA changes which we call “Point Mutation”. This mutation is transferred in descendants if it happens in “Germ Cells”. The offspring born this way is slightly different from its parents. This mutation bring in major physical and cognitive changes in millions of years.

Apart from mutation, DNA gets more options to bio-diversify itself when two organisms get into a physical intercourse. The physical change also happens when a cell has an abnormal number of chromosomes, either more or fewer than the typical number.

If we put two groups of same species in different Geographical conditions for a long period of time, there would be distinct changes in their DNA through Gene swapping, mutations and Chromosomes fusion. If the separation of groups in for millions of years, the changes would be so concrete that they are wouldn’t be able to cross-reproduce on mating. At this point, we can say that these are two different species.

Evolution has followed the same principal for 4 billion years in achieving this bio-diversity.

    Visible Changes in Organisms

Every living organism is made of DNA. When a bio cell copies itself, its passes on the DNA into the new one. However, evolution is not a “perfect” process and bio cells may copy DNA erroneously while replicating itself.

The fur on the body of Pomeranian dog is developed just by a single point mutation in their FGFS gene.

In humans, the Factor 10 gene plays a crucial role in the blood clotting process. This gene produces a protein called Factor X, which is essential in formation of blood clots to stop bleeding. However, in snakes, a single genetic mutation in the Factor 10 gene has led to a significant adaptation. This mutation produced an altered form of the Factor X protein, which has a different function compared to its role in humans. In snakes, this protein enabled snakes to kill their prey through venomous bite.

Humans (Or we call Homo Sapiens) is a result of genetic mutation of human-like ancestor Homo Heidelbergensis. It’s believed that Homo Neanderthals is also its descendent.
Homo heidelbergensis had large brain size (As if you are wearing a helmet), small jaw and teeth. They existed about 700,000 to 300,000 years ago. So, I am taking a median period of 500,000 years after which Homo Sapiens show significant mutation in their physical and cognitive properties.

    Back To The Future

After 2 or 3 million years, the humans would be totally transformed into another species we can’t think of. Our future generations may look like aliens which are shown in sci-fi movies. Not only humans, all other living beings (animals and plants) are also evolving continuously at different speed. May be our descendants would study in their History subject how present-day Dinosaurs evolved from their ancestor, Giraffe. How genetic mutations in today’s Lizards transformed them into future dragons.

Whatever it will be, one thing is certain. Homos will stay atop food chain and witness themselves and other living species evolve (Unless they kill themselves in nuclear war or some natural calamity wipe them off from earth).

Sunni-Shia Dispute in Pakistan Leaves 40+ Dead, 170 Injured

A five-day clash between Sunni and Shia tribes has erupted in Upper Kurram district of Pakistan, a tribal area bordering Afghanistan. The tribes used heavy weapons, including mortars and rocket-propelled grenades.

Religious disputes between Sunni-Shia groups caused gunfire last night in Parachinar, a city with 200,000 residents. Some areas have reached a truce, and efforts continue to establish a ceasefire elsewhere. Police and security forces are deployed to maintain order.

The major fight broke out after a series of attacks by Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) terrorists on Shiite settlements in Kurram, near the border with Afghanistan.

Pakistan calls for action against TTP’s cross-border attacks.

Ambassador Munir Akram, the permanent representative of Pakistan to the UN, said few days ago:

“The highest priority – for the international community, for Afghanistan’s neighbors and for Afghanistan itself – remains the elimination of terrorism within and from Afghanistan.”

    He also expressed concern about:

    1. Afghanistan posing a dire and direct threat to all of it’s neighbors as well as to the international community.
    2. The need for the international community to provide humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan and support its economic recovery.
    3. Restrictions on women and girls, urging the Taliban to ensure their rights to education, work, and other basic freedoms.

Pakistan’s Defense Minister warns of “Military Actions”

Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has warned about carrying out attacks in Afghan territories if cross-border terrorism and infiltration do not stop.

Pakistan has repeatedly accused Afghan’s armed groups of carrying out attacks in Pakistan, and the Afghan government of providing them safe heaven. The Taliban denies such allegations.

Pakistan has begun efforts to deport 80,000 undocumented Afghan nationals from the country in this 2nd phase. The government expelled 541,000 Afghans in the first phase, which began in November last year.

    Just-in:
Authorities have registered a case under anti-terrorism provisions against Haji Noor Mehsud, commander of Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan.

The Sharp Twists in American Politics

Last few days have change the whole course of US politics. The series of events started from an attempt to assassinate Donald Trump to a surprising news of Joe Biden’s exit from Presidential race.

Saturday : Attempt to assassinate Donald Trump.

Republican Candidate Donald Trump made a lucky escape in a shootout in his Pennsylvania campaign rally. A bullet, aimed for a headshot, just went away touching his ears. This lucky head tilt of Donald Trump has, perhaps saved the USA from a possible civil war. Stained with blood, the image of Trump waving his fist became an iconic photo, infusing enthusiasm among his supporters.

    Monday: Republican National Convention

Donald Trump appeared with bandage on his ears. Called Ohio’s Senator J. D. Vance as his running mate.

  • Getting No Response To LinkedIn Job Applications? Here’s Why.

Getting No Response To LinkedIn Job Applications? Here’s Why.

I see a lot of job seekers saying that they spend 5+ hours daily on Linkedin applying for jobs but they don’t get any response from recruiters. I understand the pain – applying to 100s of Jobs daily and filling up long forms online despite uploading the CV &. reaching out to Hiring Managers and not getting any response.

Although a lot depends upon market’s demand and supple rule and candidates’ profile, I am trying to help candidates realize, “You are just digging the barren land !!”.

    Hit like or Comment “Interested”

You must have seen various LinkedIn posts from individuals/placement companies offering lucrative jobs and asking users to hit “Like” or comment “Interested” so that they can view your profile.

They want just more followers and likes. They want to be so called “Influencer”. Yesterday I saw a profile who posted “T*S is hiring 2024 fresher batch” but surprisingly there is not such posting on T*S site. In her work experience she mentioned that she was a self-employed and her followers is 33k. Obviously she is jobless and just trying to build engagement.

Solution: Just ignore them and block them if necessary.

    Follow page after “Easy Apply”

There is a huge problem with LinkedIn jobs that is never talked about, and its that the “Follow” option is by default enabled for every “Easy Apply” job.

I know for a fact that my Ex-Company kept posting “Easy Apply” jobs despite there was no opening. As long as this stays, companies will keep on posting jobs for boosting their followers.

Solution: Check on company’s website if the same position is vacant there, Connect with job poster (HR) and message them. Also, search other job portals like naukri.com or indeed.com if the same job is listed. If you don’t find it and HR don’t reply.. consider it fake.

    Spam Job Postings

Many newbie HR companies put fake job postings to increase their database. I know a few, W***HR is one of them. They post general openings with good salary and “Easy Apply” option.

They would then call you and ask for a “Paid Membership”. Always remember that genuine placement agencies charge the client, not the candidate. Never pay anyone who promises to get you a job. It’s a scam.

    Off-Shore Openings – A Mirage

Unless you have a tech/engineering/medical background or you are a skilled blue-collared worker, the chances are bleak that you can get a job overseas. Many countries like USA, Singapore and KSA have restricted their private sector to hire expats for general management jobs. Don’t waste time applying for such jobs, you will never hear from them.

LinkedIn Premium – Is It Worth?

I used their 1 month free trial.  For genuine jobs, saw the number of total applicants.  For MNCs, it reached 300+ in a couple of hours and if you check after 1-2 days, it would have gone 1000-1500+. Google’s SDE (Software Development Engineer), 1 job post had 2300+ applicants if I remember correctly.

Linkedin Premium is a useful feature for professional networking, especially if you are in sales and have to connect with potential clients. I do not see it as a good “Value for Money” for jobseekers.

    Market-Goodwill Job Posting

Its where companies do make Linkedin job posts just to show (fake) everyone they are doing as good as a company and growing. These don’t have any intention of hiring.

“Head of Analytics – A**tel”, this had been over LinkedIn from last 1.5 years and they say.. we are hiring for this role. 🤣🤣🤣

    Advise To The Jobseekers

I have been in similar position (laid off twice). Depression and anxiety often fills up the mind and one resorts to smoking or drinking. However, there is a way to overcome the situation:

    1. Emotions are our enemies. Kill emotions.
    2. Never give up. The best thing about time is that it changes.
    3. Increase social networking. There are many Job-based WhatsApp and Telegram groups.
    4. Check if there is any issue with your CV. The presentation or grammar.
    5. Don’t spent whole day applying for jobs and worrying. Just 2 or max 3 hours are enough. Spend rest of the day in learning something or do other work.
    6. Give up smoking and drinking. Start working out. Sweating releases negative enzymes from the body, relaxes the mind. You will be in a position to think better.
    7. “Gap in CV is a negative indicator, 10% hike is the market standard”  – These are theories of negative minded people. Private sector market is always open to all skilled and smart talent.
    8. Don’t bother about what people say about you. They will fix themselves once you get successful.
    9. Its ok to check horoscope/Kunadli etc. However, don’t over-do it (Buying Gemstone or paying money to astrologer or godmen).
    10. Stay strong. This too shall pass.

  • Ex-CIA Officer: “India Funds Taliban To Kill Pakistani Militants”

Ex-CIA Officer: “India Funds Taliban To Kill Pakistani Militants”

Ex-CIA Officer Sarah Adams has claimed that India is funding Taliban to assassinate Pakistani Militants. In her interview on Shawn Ryan Show, she alleged that India even controls Taliban.

Here is the summary of her claims:

    1. India funds top Taliban Commander, Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada.
    2. India also manages security of Akhundzada in a safe house, “Gecko base”.
    3. The son of Mullah Yakub Omar (Founder of Taliban), Daud is an Indian asset. He looks after Indian funding to Taliban.
    4. Daud also distributes money to BLA (Balochistan Liberation Army) and TTP (Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan).
    5. Taliban in return assassinates Kashmiri militants operating in Pakistan.
    6. She has a list of 18 people who belong to Pakistan based outfits like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad and Hizbul Mujahedeen… most of them are either dead now or placed by Pakistan in a tight security.
    7. Pakistan’s Intelligence Agency ISI has lost control over Kashmiri Militants,  now they are being trained by Taliban.

Below is the YouTube link of the video, we can listen her comments on India from 02:33:44 to 02: 39:20.

    In her words,

“India does this thing where they give a little bit of money to Mullah Yakub Omar’s son, he has another brother Daud. India kind of works with Daud and they give him money and its just the kind of little things they do  with the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and TTP.

Things they do to poke Pakistan, you know that crap. I knew about this then I heard they gave $10 million to Mullah Yakub and they went one step ahead. That $10 million went to fund gecko base.

Gecko base now is a location where the supreme leader of Taliban’s security is. So you know probably Indian Government or Intel Service (RAAW) is funding Hibatullah’s (Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada) personal security is it not weird?

India is using Taliban’s network to assassinate Kashmiri militants in Pakistan. I swear to God. I know this leaves to many questions. They have been doing all these hits. Its happening all over Pakistan.. Lahore Karachi etc

I went through a list of 18 of them.. I don’t know if they all are dead. I went to see what group they belonged to. They were Lashkar–e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammd, Hizbul Mujidieen.

The new generation of Kashmir militants are no more under the control of ISI, they are being trained by Taliban. “

Sarah Adams was a senior officer in CIA. She also served as a Senior Advisor for the U.S. House of Representatives. Select Committee on Benghazi.

Benghazi is a city of Libya in which a U.S. Diplomat and four other Americans were killed in a terror attack in 2012.

Ex-CIA Officer Sarah has decades of experience in investigations and intel analysis. She has received many awards for her contributions to the U.S. Government’s intelligence missions overseas.

    Bursting The Rumor

However, the all the above mentioned testimony is of a single individual and not backed up with any evidence.

The questions which were not asked to her in the interview were:

    1. Why would India try to control Taliban?
    2. The forefathers of Taliban regime could not be controlled even by Russia. Even USA, despite having its all military, logistical and monetary might in Afghanistan, couldn’t control the Taliban, so how can India possibly do this?
    3. If this a truth in any sense, Pakistan’s Army and ISI would have already raised an alarm at the United Nations. Why they are silent?

India is a land of Ahimsa (Non Violence), the land of Mahatma Gandhi. It has always tried to keep relations peaceful & cordial with the neighbors, despite being victim of cross-border terrorism.

Finance Influencers Must Register in SEBI Before Advising

Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has mandated the registration of Finance Influencers before they can offer advisory services. It has directed all the Brokers and Mutual Funds Companies to stop using Unregulated Influencers for their marketing & Advertising campaigns.

In recent times, the popularity of Financial Influencers have risen. They advise on Investments and Stocks through Social Media channels like YouTube, X and Meta. SEBI Chairperson, Madhabi Puri, announced on Thursday that Finance Influencers can only advise on investments after registering with SEBI.

    Law Enforcement

As per new rules, its is illegal for unregistered financial Influencers to issue investment advise explicitly or covertly. The law shall penalize such people. However, SEBI has clarified that this is not applicable on those influencers who are just educating the investor.

This guideline was released from SEBI after it received many complains from investors that they had been misled.

SEBI barred Nasiruddin Ansari and two other associated entities from the market last week. The authorities found them guilty of misleading their 500,000 followers on YouTube. SEBI ordered to return the amount of Rupees 17.2 crore ($2.1 million) to the followers. Ansari’s web portal provided investment advice under the disguise of offering educational training, SEBI said.

    The Investment Dilemma

Just open any Business News Channel, the anchor and Influencer would always say that Market is Up or Down or Stable and that this is the best time to invest. Have you ever heard someone saying not to invest? Do Finance Influencers take money from Brokers to Upsell or Down sell stock prices?

  • Bizarre Things Royal People Did With Their Wealth

Bizarre Things Royal People Did With Their Wealth

India’s royal families were known for their bizarre wealth spending. Let’s take a look at some of the things they did.

Maharani Indira Devi of Cooch Behar, British India (1892-1968)

She was a big fan of Italian shoemaker Salvatore Ferragamo. She once ordered a whopping 100 pairs of shoes from him, some of them even encrusted with diamonds!

Maharaja Sawai Madho Singh II (1862-1922)

The highly pious Hindu King took two giant sterling silver vessels on his trip to England. He had them created by melting 28,000 silver coins.. Each vessel measured 5.2 feet in height and 340 kg in weight, with a capacity of 4000 liters. He wouldn’t drink foreign water, so he filled the vessels with Holy Water (“Ganga Jal”).

Maharaja Jai Singh of Alwar (1882-1937)

He ordered a fleet of Rolls Royce cars as garbage trucks.

Do you know the story behind using Rolls Royce as for cow and buffalo dung? Apparently Rolls Royce insulted this King when he went abroad and really liked the car and wanted to purchase it. He wasn’t dressed in a thousand jewels but Indian clothes, though they might have been lavish as well.

But given that he wasn’t dressed in suit and all, he was taken lightly as just another brown Indian first time in that country. He was told that the company chose their customers not the other way around.

So what he did was.. actually place order for like 4 of them (could be less or more like 3 or 5) on reaching India and ordered the servants to use it to dump animal excreta. Then they apologized and requested him to stop it as it was a huge tarnish on their brand.

Maharaja Jagatjit Singh of Kapurthala (1872-1949)

The last Emperor of Kapurthala City in Punjab, Maharaja Jagatjit Singh loved his Louis Vuitton bags so much that he bought as many as 60 LV trunks for his travels.

Krishnaraja Wadiyar IV of Mysore (1884-1940)

He was the 7th richest person in the world then. He ordered a Rolls Royce for his servants to protect them from the heat. The Wadiyars bought the city of Bengaluru from the British for Rupees 3,00,000.

Mir Osman Ali Khan of Hyderabad (1886-1967)

The Nizam used the million-dollar 185-carat Jacob diamond, which is the 5th largest diamond in the world, as a mere paperweight.

Abundance of a commodity loses its value, same goes with money.
